Packages are generally sent off within 2 days after receiving of payment and are shipped via either Bosta or Aramex with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment and your address.
In case two orders were placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be send at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect order.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We accept return requests only in case of any damage found in our products. To accept your return request please contact us and send us proof of the found damage.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in exactly the same condition that you receive it.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
